The beauty of hotel marketing.
It all started with a dream. A small valley of the Zillertal and a beautiful palace like hotel in second generation. Without a USP. So effectively a hotel just like every other hotel in the Tyrol, focussed on spa-activities. But there was still this little spark, the motivation and vision to create something new.
And we took on the task to accompany this vision. We took the lead and fired the spark through intensive workshops. The spark became stronger and eventually lit up everything. Let’s go Ayurveda! Let’s go Yoga! Let’s go health!
So we connected the dots, analysed the basis and started the transformation. Many talks, meetings, ideas, consultations and last but not least the implementation of the ideas allowed us to achieve the goal of year round bookings, the positioning as the only Ayurveda hotel in the Zillertal, over a period of approximately 4 years.
We paid a lot of attention to a genuine lifestyle, offer, PR and communication also amongst employees, in order to guarantee a vibrant, energizing and joie de vivre adventure during the guest’s stay at the hotel.
Alongside marketing, a new corporate identity, website, brochures, logo, social media collaboration we were also largely responsible for the strategic implementation. Needless to say: We just had to test the beautiful rooms and apartments as well as the outstanding cuisine, the amazing location where the hotel is placed in order to feel what guests feel and therefore compile the best marketing mix possible.
Our intuitive approach and the experience in Ayurveda and positioning a hotel according to the core living believes of the owners helps us to discover in which direction we have to navigate. We always take into consideration the journey so far, who the owners really are as human beings and exactly that approach allows us to come up with results that rock!
