A completely renovated boutique hotel, with self-catering apartments, personal spa in the various living spaces, high quality interior design. A Michelin-star chef. A cooking school for life long learners. A name change as well as a new logo. Sounds great right or should we say “a dream come true”?
A more intensive check does tell another story however. During the difficulties and mentally challenging period of refurbishment – the owners had forgotten to support one very essential element! The marketing and public relations for the hotel! So we actually landed in an emergency situation, as a hotel without bookings is like Sunday lunch without gravy! So we had approximately 2 months to turn everything around, create a marketing plan and strategy, a new website. Lots of love, challenges, passion and energy went into outstanding design, content and public relations. After somewhat 1,5 years we are happy to say that the results speak for themselves. We are proud of our work, effort and the personal support for our young protegee with her unique Boutique Hotel Viktoria’s home! Bring on the next projects!
The race with time has started! A new website in English and German was constructed in the fastest time possible. A booking API was integrated, an online shop, ticket booking possibility for events and cooking school as well as an online voucher system.
Photoshoot, video work are further important tasks. An advertorial, Secrets magazine, business cards, Google Adwords, invitations, cooking school leaflet, stationery, direct mailings and many more aspects were part of our whole strategy.
